Refund Policy:

  • We aim to process refunds within 3 business days of when we receive the item but please allow 7 business days.
  • You will receive a credit memo email once the refund to your credit card has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be applied to your account.
  • Management on a case-by-case basis will decide upon any claims filed after 7 days of receipt of the product.
