Refund Policy

Once a return has been approved and received by our team, refunds are processed promptly and transparently according to the terms outlined below.

🇵🇰 Refund Method – Domestic Customers

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded directly to the customer's bank account.
  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash payments will be returned to the same registered account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer.

🌍 Refund Method – International Customers

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • This includes credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal transactions.
  • A refund confirmation email will be sent once processing is completed.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear on your statement.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional discounts.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after receipt without prior approval.
  • Shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

⚖️ Late or Disputed Claims

Any claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Upcycling Farm management.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not satisfy the requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Approval of late claims is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances of each case.
