We want you to love every piece you receive from Upcycling Farm. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the process simple and transparent.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Important: Do not send any item back without first contacting our support team and receiving return authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

đŸ‡ĩ🇰 Domestic Returns (Pakistan)

Once your return is approved, our team will provide the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please use TCS or any reliable courier service.
  • Keep your tracking number until the return is completed.

🌍 International Returns

After approval, customers will receive our return address and instructions for shipping the item back.

  • A flat return shipping fee of USD $15.00 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers remain responsible for any duties or taxes related to the return shipment.
  • Tracking information should be retained until the process is complete.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We are happy to arrange exchanges for qualifying items, subject to product availability. Since many of our products are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not always be available.

In such cases, we will offer an alternative item or provide a full refund.
