Blue Horizon

Product Description

The front of this tote is built from three horizontal panels of rescued Levi's denim, each a distinct shade of blue. The top panel is a soft mid-blue, the centre deepens slightly, and the base settles into a rich, saturated indigo. A fully functional original Levi's pocket sits on the front panel, its arc stitching and red tab intact, preserved exactly as it was on the original jeans. The fabric carries the softened texture of denim that has been well worn, lightly faded across each panel in its own particular way. The handles are cut from the same rescued denim, and the interior is lined with rescued cotton in a neutral tone.

• Rescued Levi's denim jeans, cut into three colour-graded panels and hand-assembled into a one-of-a-kind tote. The front carries a fully functional original Levi's pocket, kept exactly as it was.
• The back is a clean three-panel composition in the same graduating blues, plain and unfussy — a calm counterpart to the pocket detail on the front.
• One interior cotton pocket (6 x 9 in) to keep smaller essentials in order.
• Denim is a durable material, but this bag deserves a little care. Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent, and let it air dry naturally. Avoid wringing or harsh scrubbing.
